Peripheral nerve stimulation is an option that may be evaluated for select patients with chronic foot, ankle, or lower-extremity nerve pain. Candidacy is individualized and depends on evaluation and, when applicable, insurance approval.

Depending on the patient, procedure complexity, anesthesia needs, insurance requirements, and physician judgment, eligible procedures may be performed through one of two coordinated surgical pathways at Wigley Feet.
